  • Rates below are nightly and based on double occupancy
  • Actual rate and availability will be confirmed under Check Availability or Book Now
  • Extra person charge $10 per night, waived for children 12 and under
  • Roll-a-way and cribs available for $12 per night (extra person charge waived)
  • All rates do not include 11.7% MA occupancy tax

Policies

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS ARE RECOMMENDED

  • A deposit of at least one night's stay is required to guarantee a reservation 
  • Deposit can be made by all major credit cards or by check if received within ten days of making your reservation or ten days prior to arrival, whichever is earlier
  • Packages, multiple rooms and long-term stay may require larger deposits and 30 day cancellation
  • Reservations made through third parties require full deposit 
  • Confirmations are sent by mail or e-mail or fax

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

  • Deposits are fully refundable if entire reservation is cancelled by 4 p.m. seven days prior to arrival 
  • Changes to reservations must be made by 4 p.m. seven days prior to arrival
  • Changes and cancellations received after this time would be charged in full and refunded if the space is resold

GROUP RESERVATIONS

  • Bass Rocks Ocean Inn is extremely limited in the size and type of groups that we can accommodate. 
  • We are not able to host many groups, large or small, or individual reservations that are with a group such as a wedding/party/reunion. 
  • ALL GROUPS MUST BE PREAPPROVED OR WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION INCLUDING THOSE THAT BOOK INDIVIDUALLY.
  • SHOULD WE DECIDE TO ACCEPT YOUR GROUP, ALL RESERVATIONS WILL REQUIRE FULL DEPOSITS AND 60 DAY CANCELLATIONS 

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Open from May through October - dates vary from year to year
  • Pets are not permitted
  • Balance of reservation is expected upon check-in and can be paid by major credit card, debit card, traveler’s check and cash. 
  • Credit card is required for check-in.
  • Check-in at 3:00 p.m. Check-out at 12:00 p.m
  • Most weekends and holidays require a minimum length of stay
  • All rooms are nonsmoking
  • Single night stays on weekends are filled on first-come, first-serve basis as space becomes available
